By accessing or using Blackhat Strategy (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“User,” “Client,” or “Buyer”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”).
Blackhat Strategy offers multiple service tiers:
Blueprint Access (Digital Training Product)
Signal Access (Done-With-You Technical Setup Access)
Command Access (Done-With-You + Creative Ad Approval Guarantee Tier)
Upon purchase, you are granted immediate access to the digital training product (Blueprint) and/or onboarding for service tiers (Signal & Command). Delivery of services begins immediately upon access.
A. Blueprint Access (Digital Training Product)
All sales of the Blueprint product are final.
Due to immediate digital delivery, no refunds are issued under any circumstances.
B. Signal Access
Due to the proprietary nature of technical setups, tools, assets, and immediate client onboarding, Signal Access is fully non-refundable upon purchase.
C. Command Access (Approval Guarantee Tier)
The Command Access tier includes our Ad Approval Guarantee.
If Blackhat Strategy is unable to successfully launch and secure ad approval for your initial campaign build under our system within 30 business days of completed onboarding, you may request a full refund of your Command Access subscription fee.
Refund eligibility requires full client cooperation, timely submission of all requested materials, compliance with provided guidelines, and adherence to our internal approval process.
Blackhat Strategy reserves the right to determine if refund eligibility criteria have been met.
Once ad approval is successfully achieved, all sales are final.
By purchasing any product or service, you waive your right to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute after delivery has commenced. Any attempted chargebacks will be vigorously defended using full documentation of purchase, delivery, client access logs, and acceptance of these terms
Blackhat Strategy provides advertising support services and digital education. No guarantees of specific results, financial earnings, or business success are made or implied. Your outcomes depend entirely on your own business model, product offer, execution, and market conditions.
All digital materials, training, creative templates, tools, and proprietary assets provided are licensed for your personal business use only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.
All materials, systems, templates, processes, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Blackhat Strategy. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution will result in legal action.
Blackhat Strategy and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of any updated terms.
